You can hear my all-instrumental music at the following sites.
https://soundcloud.com/h-kurt-richter
https://audiomack.com/hkurtrichter/album
[The same music is on both sites.]

I also have a free lesson book online, "Instructions for Guitar", based on a course I taught in a junior college in the 90s. Lessons go from beginner to advanced, and include music theory and tablature, while the book also has numerous illustrations, chord-charts, scale-charts, and helpful diagrams, along with advice on how to reach a desired level of playing proficiency, up to and including virtuoso.

Get the manual free online at
https://hkurtrichter5.wixsite.com/guitar-lessons .
Click "File Share" at top left, to get the manual section-by-section, or click the PDF file icon at upper right on the File Share page for a PDF file of the whole book (though I have also posted a few things online that are not in the book, as seen on the File Share page).

I'm a little rusty reading/writing sheet music but it can only help to relearn it I imagine.

I found the Dorico SE version which is free and has what seems like all the basics for doing guitar notation + tablature, going to give it a shot.
