Speed transition

Hello Emil, I'm having trouble getting up to speed on the cycle solo intermediate tempo. Could you supply a tempo in between the slow and intermediate speed? Failing that could you send me an mp3 of the backing track and I can direct the tempo myself?

The backing tracks are just embedded mp3´s so you can download them yourself. Below is a screenshot showing how to do it using Google Chrome
