I have played guitar a while. Mostly Rock in my teens, then prog rock. Next, I went to a folk High school where I was introduced to jazz (2002)which blew my mind! I didn't understand a thing about it πŸ˜†
I then studied music at LIPA in Liverpool.2003-2006) I played all sorts of styles rock, Balkan jazz, world music, musical theatre, funk, pop, R'n'B, flamenco (ish) and probably more.
When trying to earn a living doing music I sadly went into the commercial world of music and after several years doing that I lost my passion for music...! I had a brief detour touring with a Balkan black metal band called Trollfest in Europe. It was too crazy for me haha... (but a great experience)

In recent years I have tried igniting that passion again and it is slowly getting thereπŸ™‚I especially enjoy improvised music and solo guitar arrangements, but I'm by no means good at it yet πŸ™‚My goal now is to find my own voice and get good at my own thing. Seeing Emil doing this made me really curious πŸ™‚πŸŽΈ

@Tor I really enjoyed reading your presentation Tor! I'm glad you're getting the passion for music back, and I'm here to help if you have any questions or something that you're thinking about. Have a great day and hope you like the stuff on the ProGuitar Academy!
        Kind regards/Emil
