cannot neither download nor print

hi, I purchased the course but download seems to be disabled. Also print only shows 3 fragmented pages.
I use a Ipad pro. -

You can download the tab by clicking on the folder icon, as shown in the screenshot below.
When you have downloaded the pdf to your iPad you should be able to print it.
Please test this and get back to us if it doesn't work.
