      Hi Emil,
Can I say once again thank you so much for giving me access to so much more joy through my guitar. I love all the lessons including this one! I would love to have a couple of solo licks for right at the end after the last E flat7 chord.

Could you expand on this or point me in the right direction?

Thank you so much once again.

        Hi there!

Thanks so much for watching my lessons! :)

That ending-lick is a quick improvised thing, I had to go back and watch to see what I did there. It's basically a blend of different scales and concepts. I use some chromatics as well as lydian dominant sounds. One thing that I did there that I use all the time, is that I'm playing a maj7 arpeggio down a whole step from the chord I'm playing over.
In other words, if you play over E7, you can go down a whole step and play a maj7 arpeggio! It sounds very nice! That's what I did just at the end of that lick :) try playing a Dmaj7 arpeggio over E7, and then resolve it on the major 3rd of the E7 chord.

        Have a great day!
        Kind regards/Emil
