I have been playing the guitar for over 50 years and have been composing original guitar music for more than 40 of those years.

I also have a free lesson book online, "Instructions for Guitar", based on a course I taught in a junior college in the 90s. Lessons go from beginner to advanced, and include music theory and tablature, while the book also has numerous illustrations, chord-charts, scale-charts, and helpful diagrams, along with advice on how to reach a desired level of playing proficiency, up to and including virtuoso.
