I transcribed Emil's Autumn leaves which has a lick over a minor 2-5-1 in the key of a minor. What scale is this?

Nice work Brock!
This lick is to be played over E7 leading into Am. The lick starts off with a diminished line, from the diminished (half step - whole step) scale, from the note E. This creates some cool diminished sounds with some extra tension over E7. The ending of the lick features some chromatic lines, but mainly I think of it as E altered scale (same as F melodic minor), which creates tension and leads nicely into A minor.
